Shelly the sea-monster lives with her brother, George somewhere in a cave near the Bay of Star. She was first seen in the 1st season, where she becomes the guardian of a special-type flower. It's said that it has the power to cure poison effect but if abused, it could be a medicine that can force someone to love you. She also knew Marin who rejected his brother's love and hated her very much. She's very tough with other people but very caring to her only brother.
Shelly uses her braided hair to attack people. She is quite harmful to strangers and speaks rather violently. She's very protective over her brother and very sensitive towards him. She would do anything to make her brother happy. In short, there's a good relationship between Shelly and her brother George as siblings.
